We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ENT Consultant to join our established team and make a meaningful difference in patient care. This role will support the growing demand within our Consultant-Led Community ENT Clinic.
The successful applicant will deliver the highest standard of outpatient ENT care, managing all routine ENT conditions, including paediatric patients, while working autonomously within a community setting.
Location sites: Bentilee Neighbourhood Centre, ST2 0EU; Cobridge Community Health Centre, ST6 2JN; Tunstall Primary Care Centre; Shelton Primary Care Centre, ST1 4PB.
Main duties of the jobKey Responsibilities- Provide safe, high-quality outpatient ENT services in line with clinical best practice and governance standards
- Work collaboratively with the ENT Lead and report to the Service Manager (Operations) to manage all aspects of the ENT service in line with agreed objectives
- Contribute to the development and optimisation of patient pathways, improving access, outcomes, and patient experience
- Support service efficiency by driving best practice in performance management and financial sustainability
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, implement innovative ways of working, and improve service delivery
- Lead, motivate, and support the multidisciplinary team to achieve maximum efficiency and high standards of care

- Commitment to cost-effective care, innovation, and continuous service improvement
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
