HVAC Engineer
to join a leading facilities management company delivering maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial properties
across the Yorkshire region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing a wide range of HVAC equipment, with a strong emphasis on
both commercial gas and air conditioning systems.
You'll be working across a varied portfolio including commercial offices, student accommodation, retail sites and other commercial environments.
Package Competitive salary between £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Company van & fuel card supplied Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Generous workplace pension scheme Training, development & progression opportunities Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC and mechanical plant Service, maintain and repair commercial gas appliances and heating systems Diagnose and repair faults on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation equipment Complete reactive maintenance and emergency breakdown call-outs Carry out compliance checks and ensure all work is completed to current regulations. Produce accurate job reports using a CAFM system Identify remedial works and provide recommendations to improve asset performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers on site Participate in the on-call rota Requirements ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A or equivalent) F-Gas Category 1 Certification NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Previous experience working within Facilities Management or Building Services Experience maintaining commercial HVAC plant Full UK Driving Licence Interested?
