The client operates on Google Workspace and Mac by choice-they live and breathe Apple for business. However, because their clients use a mix of environments, we are looking for someone who is just as comfortable administering Google Workspace and macOS as they are supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows.
\n
If you thrive in a fast-paced MSP environment, love a mix of Mac and Windows, and want a role where you can actually implement automation and AI tools rather than just talk about them, we want to speak with you.
What You'll Be Doing\n
\n - \n
Seamless Client Support: Act as the face of the service desk, providing exceptional 2nd line troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
\n - \n
Cloud & Platform Administration: Move fluently between managing user permissions and lifecycles in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and a growing ecosystem of SaaS platforms.
\n - \n
User & Device Lifecycle: Handle everything from secure offboarding to configuring devices and running engaging new-starter inductions.
\n - \n
Smarter Working: Utilise HaloPSA and ClickUp to manage workflows while proactively finding ways to build automations or explore how AI tools (like Claude and Make) can eliminate repetitive tasks.
\n - \n
Knowledge Sharing: Keep internal documentation and asset records thorough and flawless so the whole team benefits from what you learn.
\n
What You Need\n
\n - \n
MSP Pedigree: At least 2 years of proven experience in a fast-paced MSP service desk environment.
\n - \n
Apple & Google Fluency: Strong, hands-on administration skills in Google Workspace and macOS. Exposure to Apple Business Manager or Apple-centric MDMs (like Jamf or Mosyle) is a massive plus.
\n - \n
The Right Balance: The ability to support Microsoft 365 and Windows alongside your Mac expertise, paired with a solid grasp of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
\n - \n
Attentive Communication: Exceptional, clear communication. You can talk to anyone-from a creative agency director to a busy retail founder-with a calm head, absolute discretion, and a friendly, ego-free attitude.
\n - \n
London Mobility: Based within an easy, accessible commute into and around London for essential, occasional face-to-face client visits.
\n - \n
Forward-Thinking Mindset: You don't just patch issues; you look for the right fix over the quick one, and you possess a naturally security-focused mindset.
\n
What's in it for you?\n
This is a chance to grow alongside a company where your role will genuinely evolve over the next 12 months. Alongside a collaborative, ego-free culture, you'll receive 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays and your birthday off), a generous technology budget to set up your home office perfectly, and a structured training programme to ensure your professional development never stalls.
\n
If you're ready to make a real impact and love the variety of a modern, flexible MSP, let's talk.
