  • Salary of £36,000 to £38,000 per annum.

\n The Role \n
\nAs the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will:\n
\n
    \n
  • Take full operational responsibility for a well-established Extra Care scheme, ensuring safe, effective and person-centred service delivery.
    • \n
  • Recruit, lead, coach and develop a high-performing care team, creating a positive and supportive culture.
    • \n
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, audits and continuous service improvement to achieve excellent CQC outcomes.
    • \n
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding legislation, governance requirements and company policies.
    • \n
  • Manage staffing, rotas, budgets, occupancy, KPIs and operational performance to deliver outstanding results.
    • \n
  • Build strong relationships with service users, families, commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
    • \n
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
    • \n
  • Support the continued growth and success of the service through strong leadership and operational excellence.
    • \n
About You \n
\nTo be successful, you'll have:\n
\n
    \n
  • Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager, Deputy Manager or similar leadership role within adult social care, Extra Care, domiciliary care, community care or Supported Living services.
    • \n
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and the statutory framework relating to adult social care.
    • \n
  • Experience managing operational performance, compliance, quality standards, budgets, audits and KPIs.
    • \n
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop successful teams while creating a positive working culture.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
    • \n
  • A passion for improving services, delivering outstanding person-centred care and achieving exceptional outcomes for service users.
    • \n
