We are currently looking for a passionate Spa Attendant, to join our Spa on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.
As a Spa Attendant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of spa treatment rooms, changing areas, and relaxation spaces.
Replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and other spa supplies.
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each appointment.
Assist therapists with room setup and operational support.
Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are met.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure a high level of customer service.
Keep equipment and facilities clean, organised, and in good working order.
Support the reception team with basic administrative tasks when required.
You will be required to work 32 hours per week, on a shift rota.
