Teaching Personnel Cardiff is currently seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a 1:1 basis within a welcoming primary school in the Ely area of Cardiff.
This is a rewarding opportunity for passionate and patient individuals who have experience supporting children with additional learning needs (ALN), behavioural needs, or those requiring tailored educational support.
Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil throughout the school day.
Work closely with the class teacher and ALN team to implement individual support plans.
Build positive relationships that help pupils feel safe, engaged, and confident in school.
Support learning, social development, and emotional wellbeing.
Encourage independence while adapting support to meet individual needs.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school.
Experience supporting children on a 1:1 basis or with additional learning needs is highly desirable.
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
