What you will do: - Conduct Child in Need and Child Protection work, offering targeted support for children with disabilities and their families. - Work collaboratively within our dedicated Disabled Children's Team and contribute innovative solutions tailored to each child's needs. - Assess and identify the needs and risks of vulnerable children and young people, using this information to develop effective interventions. - Provide expert guidance and support to families, helping them navigate challenges and build resilience. - Maintain accurate and detailed records ensuring that all actions comply with statutory regulations and best practices.
