Tempdent are excited to welcome applications for the Enrolment Team Leader role within our successful Onboarding Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fastpaced, learnerfocused environment and enjoys supporting both people and processes. The role can be officebased or homebased, depending on your location.
You will play a key part in ensuring learners are smoothly onboarded onto our apprenticeship programmes and commercial courses, while also supporting the Enrolment Manager with daytoday team leadership. This role blends operational delivery, people management, and learner support - perfect for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Position: Enrolment Team Leader
Location: Remote or office based (dependant on candidate location)
Salary: up to £32k per annum dependant on experience (£35k OTE)
