Teaching Personnel is recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers for schools across Shaftesbury and the surrounding areas, with a range of opportunities available to start ASAP.
If you're looking for greater flexibility without stepping away from the classroom, supply teaching could be a great option. You can choose work that fits around your availability while gaining experience across a variety of secondary school settings.
We are working with mainstream secondary schools looking for teachers to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Positions can include:
Day-to-day supply teaching
Short-term and long-term cover
Full-time and part-time roles
Regular weekly assignments
Half-term and term-long placements
Potential temp-to-perm and permanent positions
Whether you're an experienced teacher looking for a more flexible approach to work, an ECT looking to build confidence and experience, or a teacher considering a move away from a permanent position, we can help find opportunities that match your requirements.
We're keen to speak with:
Qualified Secondary Teachers holding QTS or QTLS
ECTs looking to gain further classroom experience
Teachers with strong subject knowledge
Teachers who enjoy variety and working in different school environments
Educators looking for flexible or additional teaching work
Successful candidates will have strong classroom management skills, adaptability and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
