Purpose
The Senior Talent Partner will be embedded alongside our partners and their internal talent teams to deeply understand hiring challenges, organisational structures, and individual team dynamics. You’ll own and develop hiring strategies that support our partners’ growth plans.
Internally at Elements, you will drive the continued success of those around you through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and mentoring. You will have the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives that further develop our company culture and ways of working.
