\nAbout the Role\n
\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a well-established and growing law firm in Liverpool.\n
\n
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to become part of a supportive and collaborative Conveyancing team, managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.\n

\nKey Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.
    • \n
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and shared ownership transactions.
    • \n
  • Provide clear, practical and timely advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
    • \n
  • Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders, brokers, solicitors and other third parties to ensure smooth progression of transactions.
    • \n
  • Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds and supporting legal documentation.
    • \n
  • Maintain excellent file management, compliance and regulatory standards.
    • \n
  • Resolve legal issues efficiently while managing client expectations.
    • \n
  • Work collaboratively with legal assistants and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery.
    • \n
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance the client experience.
    • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) or an individual actively working towards qualification.
    • \n
  • Previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
    • \n
  • Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential property transactions.
    • \n
  • Excellent communication and client care skills.
    • \n
  • Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • \n
  • Proactive, commercially aware and solutions-focused.
    • \n
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and professional approach.
    • \n
