The Role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in producing high-quality mattresses and beds within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Working as part of a multi-skilled team, you will help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery, tools and production equipment (full training provided)
• Assembling components accurately to required quality standards
• Loading and unloading materials and preparing products for the next stage of manufacture
• Following standard operating procedures and production processes
• Carrying out quality checks and reporting any defects
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production area
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Working flexibly across different tasks within the production cell
• Complying with all health and safety procedures

• Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment

Shift Pattern

Double Days Rotation

Week 1

• Monday to Thursday: 06:00 - 14:00
• Friday: 06:00 - 13:00

Week 2

• Monday to Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00
• Friday: 13:00 - 20:00

Candidates should be flexible to work until midnight on occasion during peak production periods.
