About The Role Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next challenge? We are looking for a Cyber Scheme Administrator to join our growing Cyber team on a 14-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Based in Reading, this hybrid role offers the opportunity to support the administration and delivery of a UK Government-backed cyber security scheme. No cyber security knowledge is required – were looking for someone with outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. About The Day To Day You’ll be getting stuck into a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities, including: * Managing the day-to-day administration of the cyber scheme from sales handover through to successful delivery * Liaising with internal stakeholders including Sales, Consultants and Resource Management teams to ensure smooth project delivery * Coordinating and scheduling customer assessments and reassessments * Supporting customers throughout the process and ensuring an excellent service experience * Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working The role will also be designed to help you grow and develop through your career journey.
