Families First Team

What you will do Provide high-quality, professional social work support to families within the Families First Team

Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families

Develop, implement, and review effective care and intervention plans tailored to individual circumstances

Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies to coordinate services

Offer guidance, support, and mentoring to junior staff, sharing expertise and best practice

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant records in line with statutory and organisational requirements

Identify, assess, and manage risk to safeguard the welfare of children and families
