Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher to join our welcoming and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and creating a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced practitioner, we would love to hear from you.

The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Assess, monitor, and support pupils' academic and personal development.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities and teamwork.
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum.
  • Is passionate about helping every child achieve their potential.
  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and organisational skills.
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the school community.
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has an enhanced DBS or the willingness to obtain one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Spencer Clarke Group work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area. We deal with teaching placements at Primary, Secondary, Special Education needs and college level as well as support staff positions also within these.
