Multi Skilled Operative - Reactive Maintenance (Taunton & Bridgewater)

Location: Based in Taunton & Bridgewater
Hours: Monday-Friday, 39 hours per week, plus 1 in 7 weeks on-call.
Our client is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join their Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties.
This is a permanent opportunity offering secure, long-term work, excellent benefits and a varied role where you'll use your multi-trade skills to deliver high-quality repairs and excellent customer service.
Working within the social housing sector, you'll carry out responsive maintenance and repair work in occupied and void properties, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Typical duties include:
You'll manage your workload using a handheld device, respond to scheduled repair appointments, work efficiently to meet service level agreements, and ensure every job is completed safely, professionally, and to a high standard while delivering excellent customer service.
