The Role
As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher
- Work with small groups and individual children to support learning
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Encourage children's confidence, participation, and independence
- Support pupils with social, emotional, and academic development
- Assist with classroom organisation and preparation
