We're looking for a Sub-Agent to join our Southern Water AMP 8 Framework team based in Southern Water office Chatham / Falmer.Location: Southern Water office Chatham / FalmerHours: 40 hours per week

- some flexibility on start and end times.We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.As a Sub-Agent, you'll play a vital role in coordinating, planning and delivering preconstruction and construction phase activities for our projects under the Southern Water AMP 8 Framework.
You'll manage operational resources to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards whilst maximising customer satisfaction and profitability.What will you be responsible for?As a Sub-Agent, you'll be working within the Southern Water AMP 8 Framework team, supporting them in delivering outstanding results for our customers.
Your day to day will include:Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance SystemsManaging day-to-day site activities and ensuring works are delivered to specificationOverseeing labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources with accurate recordingManaging and monitoring sub-contractor performance and deliveryLeading supervisors, site engineers and section engineers whilst ensuring quality assurance and daily monitoringWhat are we looking for?This role of Sub-Agent is great for you if:You have a relevant qualification (Management qualification / NVQ L3 / HNC / Degree) and are Chartered with ICE or working towards itYou have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with strong commercial awarenessYou possess excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skillsYou hold SMSTS and CSCS and/or CPCS Card qualificationsWe're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
