The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful and growing Digital Trading team working on established digital websites. Passionate about digital trading, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their trading, analytical and commercial skills through a hands-on role at the heart of a fast-paced digital business. Joining at a period of high performance and significant investment into digital, you will gain exposure to a wide range of trading activities, cross-functional teams and industry-leading platforms, contributing to the growth and performance of the Frasers Group Digital Team.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting into the Senior Digital Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful execution of campaign, brand and promotional strategies, working closely with digital marketing, commercial and optimisation teams to deliver trading actions that drive conversion, customer engagement and key commercial KPIs.

• Executing day-to-day trading of a website(s), under the guidance of the Trading Activation Lead and Trading Managers
• Manage reporting of daily, weekly, monthly trade, providing detailed analysis of key business drivers and delivering actionable recommendations to ensure sales and contribution targets are achieved
• Utilising available resources to monitor trading performance, customer behaviour and competitor activity, providing insight to support day to day trading decisions
• Oversee and report on the weekly content for site changes, campaigns, promotions and brand partner updates.
• End-to-end management of all critical paths for campaign and promotional activity, including awareness of upcoming activities
• Ensure clear communication of product priorities, trading plans and campaign activity to digital marketing and optimisation teams
• Assist with coordinating evergreen and seasonal content requirements to drive SEO, customer engagement and conversion.
• Manage process of improving product content, supporting teams to resolve any issues as quickly as possible to optimise sales
• Support the day-to-day trading of the website, reacting quickly to performance trends, commercial priorities and customer behaviour to maximise revenue and conversion opportunities.

People Management.

• Set clear objectives, goals, and development plans for Digital Activation Assistant(s) as relevant
• Collaborate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, utilising appropriate communication and people management methods.
• Be an active and positive contributor to the team, contributing to the overall digital strategy
• Represent the Digital Trading Team across the wider business, ensuring digital KPI’s are understood and achievable for all
• Valid working rights for the UK countries
• Analytical with strong reporting skills and attention to detail
• Advanced Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel user
• Experience working within e-commerce platforms
• Independent, self-motivated, and proactive
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital role in a retail or consumer brand
