We're hiring a Junior Sous Chef to be part of the kitchen team at Fioro Lounge, a local caf bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. Offering up to 13.30/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. This is a great next step for an experienced Chef de Partie, Senior Chef, or line chef ready to take on more responsibility.
About the Junior Sous Chef Role
Lounges are pretty special places, and what makes them so special is the brilliant people who work in them.
As Junior Sous Chef you'll be a key part of the Fioro Lounge kitchen; supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef, helping the team deliver great shifts every week, and making sure every dish that leaves the pass is something to be proud of. If you love real cooking, care about the people around you, and want to grow into a senior kitchen role, you'll fit right in.
