An established organisation is seeking a proactive and organised Administrative & Communications Coordinator to provide high-quality administrative support and help coordinate internal communications across a busy team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Your new role


Reporting into a senior leadership team, you will play a key role in supporting projects, meetings, communications, and administrative activities. You will be responsible for ensuring information flows effectively, coordinating key activities, and providing essential support to colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and manage meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, agendas, and logistics
  • Support the planning and delivery of internal meetings, workshops, and events
  • Prepare, distribute, and maintain documentation, reports, and meeting papers
  • Coordinate internal communications and ensure key messages are shared effectively
  • Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders to gather information and progress actions
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding actions and requests
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and administrative systems
  • Support project activities through effective coordination and organisation
  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to enquiries where appropriate
  • Assist with document formatting, presentations, and communication materials
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the team


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience coordinating meetings, diaries, and communications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
