The practice is known for its close relationships with lenders, brokers and property professionals and for delivering commercially focused advice in a fast‑paced, transaction‑led environment.
About the Role
The firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate to play a key role within its real estate finance practice, with a clear emphasis on bridging finance.
The work is predominantly bridging lending, acting for lenders and borrowers on secured lending matters, with a smaller element of commercial property finance, including buy‑to‑let. This is a senior, outward‑facing position with a clear expectation of involvement in business development.
