In this varied role,you'llprovide key administrative and coordination support to our wider regional teams, helping to ensure our customers receive a consistently high standard of service.

More about your role
Yourday - to - daywill be busy and varied, and will include:
Client care and liaison , ensuring calls and emails are handled professionally and efficiently, and queries are resolved wherever possible.
Supporting coordination between accounts and property services teams to help deliver service commitments.
Working in line with industry standards and expectations, including the RICS Code of Conduct , TPI guidance.
Assistingwith record keeping , ensuring accuracy and maintenance of client and company records.
Supporting Health & Safety administration: reviewing and actioning hazard reports, completing hazard actions, and escalating concerns where needed.
Helping with core operational tasks such as sitetake - ons (preparing transition checklists), key issuance , urgent purchase orders , regional reporting, and otherad - hocprojects as agreed.
Promoting a strong service culture by working to agreed SLAs , sending holding responses when needed, andidentifyingopportunities to improve customer service.

Essential skills and experience:
A Full Ukdriverslicense and access to own vehicle
Strong administrative or coordination experience, with excellent attention to detail andaccuraterecord keeping.
Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional andcustomer - focusedapproach.
Ability to manage competing priorities, respond within SLAs and use initiative to improve working practices.
Comfortable handling calls, emails,correspondenceand case updates in a busy environment.
Desirable:
Exposure to property management or familiarity with TPI standards.
Experience supporting Health & Safety administration or hazard reporting processes.
