Job description
We're so confident about your earnings that we offer a guarantee for your first four months - you'll earn a minimum of £3666.66 per month (£44,000 pa, gross). When you earn more, we'll pay you more! Allen Motor Group are currently looking to recruit a Senior Vehicle Technician to join our OMODA | Jaecoo dealership in Milton Keynes. As a senior vehicle technician you’ll have some key tasks and activities within your area of responsibility: · Provide technical and diagnostic service ensuring customer satisfaction and productivity targets are met and exceeded · Maintain the highest level of technical knowledge and ensure compliance with manufacturer training · Uphold company and manufacturer quality standards · Ensure 100% compliance with vehicle health check processes This position is offered full time 46.33 hour working contract, Monday – Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, paying a basic of £37,200 with an OTE of £47,000. On average last year our upper quartile senior technicians earned £69,145! Required Skills & Experience To be considered for the position you will need to possess a relevant formal qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3) as a minimum. We are looking for individuals who possess the following attributes & skills: · A full UK driving licence · Experience of inspection, repair and servicing motor vehicles · MOT Tester qualification would be very advantageous · Fantastic verbal and written English skills · Previous experience working in a franchised dealership (preferred but not essential) Why Allen Motor Group?
