What you’ll be doing: * Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the business. * Manage a range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters. * Coach and support managers to build confidence in handling people issues. * Analyse HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision‑making. * Support HR reporting, and compliance activities. * Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. * Build positive working relationships that enhance engagement, performance, and retention. * Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation and best practice. About you * Experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role. * A strong understanding of employee relations and HR best practice. * Youre a confident coach and advisor, able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. * Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. * Confidence advising managers on a wide range of people matters. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * A solutions‑focused approach with sound judgement and attention to detail. * Emotional intelligence and resilience when handling sensitive situations. * A passion for continuous improvement and delivering an outstanding HR service.
