Salary: £31,847 £35,125 per annum (depending on experience)
Full Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday | 9:00am 5:00pm

About the Role
We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager (Service Leader Level 2) to lead a thriving Extra Care service in Kirkby.
This purpose-built service supports almost 100 older adults to live independently within their own apartments while providing flexible, high-quality support whenever it's needed.
You'll be responsible for the overall management of the service, leading a large and dedicated staff team, maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and ensuring every person receives exceptional, person-centred care.

This well-established Extra Care service provides support for almost 100 older adults, helping people maintain their independence within a safe, welcoming and purpose-built environment.
The service is supported by a large and experienced staff team, with approximately 1012 colleagues on duty during the day and 2 overnight staff, ensuring high-quality support is available around the clock.
