Monarch Education is currently recruiting Primary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Radstock, Peasedown St John, Chew Valley, Midsomer Norton, and Bath.
\n
\n
Due to increasing demand from our partner schools, we are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable teachers who are available for full-time, part-time, short-term, and long-term supply work from September.
\n
\n
Whether you are an experienced teacher looking for flexibility, an ECT seeking valuable classroom experience, or a teacher returning to the profession, we would love to hear from you.

The Role
\n
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
\n
\n - Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
\n - Create a positive and engaging learning environment
\n - Manage classroom behaviour effectively
\n - Support pupils in achieving their learning objectives
\n - Adapt quickly to different school settings and year groups
\n - Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
\n - Maintain high standards of teaching and learning
\n

The Ideal Candidate
\n
We are looking for teachers who:
\n
\n - Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n - Have experience teaching within UK primary schools
\n - Are flexible, reliable, and adaptable
\n - Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
\n - Can quickly build rapport with pupils and staff
\n - Are passionate about providing high-quality education
\n - Are available for either full-time or part-time work
\n
