At Careline Lifestyles, we're looking for an exceptional NMC Registered Home Manager to lead one of our specialist nursing and residential services in Newcastle upon Tyne. As our Registered Home Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the home, creating a positive, supportive culture where residents receive exceptional care and colleagues are empowered to thrive.
You'll have the autonomy to lead your service while benefiting from the support of our experienced senior leadership team, Directors, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, PBS Practitioners, Therapy Assistants, Quality Assurance Team, and Internal Recruitment Team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a confident leader who can successfully balance compassionate care with strong operational and commercial performance.
