Deputy Manager – Be the Right Hand to the General Manager with Britain’s Oldest Brewer!

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll be the number two, playing a key role in running the pub efficiently, leading the team, and delivering outstanding hospitality. You’ll be hands-on in operations, ensuring smooth service and a fantastic experience for every guest.

Where You’ll Be Working
Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed, stylish location that offers truly outstanding views, great food, an extensive drinks list and friendly service. The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neame’s Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub.
