Are you an enthusiastic and experienced rowing coach looking to develop young athletes from their first strokes through to national competition? Join Claires Court and play a key role in shaping the next generation of rowers.
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and organised Lead Junior Coach to lead our Year 9 and Year 10 (J14/15) program across both boys and girls squads.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching while creating a positive, structured, and ambitious environment. Alongside coaching, you will support squad administration, parent communication, and event logistics.
This role is pivotal in developing athletes from complete beginners through to competitive level, ensuring strong technical foundations and a lifelong love of sport.

Based on the iconic reaches of the River Thames in Maidenhead, Claires Court School Boat Club (CCSBC) is a vibrant and ambitious rowing community with an elite pedigree.
We pride ourselves on developing homegrown talent, taking athletes from their very first strokes to the pinnacle of the sport. Within the last decade, we are the only school in the world to have produced winners in both boys and girls events at Henley Royal Regatta from complete beginners.
