Workshop Controller
Location: Wilmslow Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 Basic | £45,000 OTE + Paid Overtime Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:30pm | No Weekends
Richard Abson Group are currently supporting a well-established main dealership in Wilmslow in their search for an experienced Workshop Controller.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, high-performing dealership where you will play a pivotal role in driving workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Offering a genuine Monday to Friday role with absolutely no weekend working, this position provides an excellent work-life balance alongside a rewarding bonus structure.
The Role
As Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the workshop on a day-to-day basis. You will allocate work effectively, manage technician workflow, and ensure all repairs and servicing are completed to the highest standard and within agreed timescales.
You will oversee a team of 12 Technicians and work closely with 3 Service Advisors to ensure excellent communication, efficient workflow management, and a consistently high level of customer service.
