\nThis role would suit a Manufacturing Team Leader or similar with experience operating CNC machinery or laminating equipment or similar, and looking for a stable position with an excellent work-life balance through a Monday to Thursday working pattern.
\nIn this role, the successful Manufacturing Team Leader or similar will lead a small production team, coordinate daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, monitor team performance, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment while supporting continuous production across the manufacturing facility.
