Recruitment Team Leader
\nLocation: Hybrid - With offices across the UK in Ipswich, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Walsall, we welcome applications from candidates based within easy commuting distance of any of our offices (client visits will also be required)
Salary: Up to £36K per annum, DOE
Contract: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

\nAs a Team Leader, you will oversee the end-to-end temporary recruitment lifecycle for designated customers while providing leadership, guidance, and support to your team. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a high-quality recruitment service that exceeds expectations.
\nYou will play a key role in driving service delivery, improving operational performance, and ensuring recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and compliantly.
