Job description
Our client is proud to provide exceptional care within a luxury care home, specialising in supporting older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. They are now looking for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with senior nursing and leadership experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding, person-centred care while supporting and developing a dedicated clinical team. Youll play a key role in maintaining high clinical standards, leading by example, and ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care. With a strong values-led culture and a Good CQC rating, the home offers a therapeutic, supportive environment where both residents and staff are encouraged to thrive. What Were Looking For * Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN, or RNLD. * Previous senior nursing and leadership experience is essential. * Experience supporting older adults with mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. * Excellent clinical knowledge with a strong understanding of safeguarding, governance, and risk management. * Confident leading, motivating, and supporting multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. * Passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred care and driving continuous improvement. What\s on Offer? * £44,600 per annum * 38.5 hours per week * Free onsite parking * Company pension scheme * Ongoing training and professional development * Opportunity to join a supportive leadership team within a luxury care home Key Responsibilities * Provide clinical leadership, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care is delivered at all times. * Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams, promoting best practice and professional development. * Monitor and maintain high clinical standards, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and NMC guidelines. * Oversee medication management, clinical assessments, and person-centred care planning. * Support the Home Manager with clinical governance, audits, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. * Build positive relationships with residents, families, GPs, and other healthcare professionals. * Promote a positive, respectful culture that values dignity, choice, and independence. * Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure all records meet professional and regulatory standards. * Act as a role model for excellent nursing practice while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
