We are currently recruiting for a reliable and flexible Warehouse Operative with a valid HGV Class 2 licence for our client based in Horsham .\n

\nThis is a primarily warehouse-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work but is also happy to step into a driving role when required. You’ll support the transport team by covering delivery routes during holidays and absence, helping maintain excellent service to customers .\n
\n
\nThe job will involve \n
\n
\n* Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently\n
\n* Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock\n
\n* Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and general warehouse organisation\n
\n* Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment\n
\n* Providing HGV Class 2 delivery cover when required (local multi-drop routes)\n
\n* Loading vehicles safely and completing delivery paperwork\n
\n* Delivering a professional, customer-focused service at all times\n
\n
\nThe ideal candidate will posess the below .\n
\n
\n* Experience working in a busy warehouse environment\n
\n* Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence\n
\n* Flexible approach – happy to work mainly in the warehouse with occasional driving duties to cover as required\n
\n* Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused attitude\n
\n* Good understanding of health and safety practices\n
\n* Valid Forklift licences (Counterbalance and/or Reach would be useful but training can be provided)\n
