Responsibilities
The role:
OurVehicle Damage Advisorsare part of the Total Loss Team. This role will involve working with our customers to find the right solutions for them by demonstrating our values and work principles, and those of Aviva. You will provide solutions to our customers that are accurate, fair, efficient, and compassionate after the total loss of their vehicle.
The Solus team work together to create a supportive and collaborative environment, which focuses on the customer and what matters to them. No two customers are the same and our focus on 'getting people back to normal' is at the heart of what we do.

Essential Qualifications & Accreditations:
