Property & Facilities Services Coordinator Location: Burton upon Trent (Site-based) Salary: £12.71 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday (Core hours 8:00am – 5:00pm) About the Role Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Property & Facilities Services Coordinator to join their UK&I Property & Facilities team based at their Head Office in Burton upon Trent. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll be the face of the business, providing exceptional front-of-house support while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy corporate office. From welcoming visitors and coordinating meeting spaces to supporting events, facilities, building operations and financial administration, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience. Key Responsibilities As Property & Facilities Services Coordinator, you will: Deliver a professional front-of-house and reception service to employees, visitors and contractors. Manage incoming calls, shared inboxes, visitor access, reception duties and general enquiries. Coordinate incoming and outgoing post, courier services and confidential mail.
