The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Broadacres, working in partnership with North Yorkshire Council to deliver the LIFE contract which stands for Living Independently for Everyone.
We are more than doubling the number of people we support over the coming years. You can be part of this, joining a growing support service that helps people with mental health needs and multiple disadvantages to live independently, build resilience and move towards a more stable future.
As part of the LIFE contract, you will play a key role in supporting people to sustain tenancies, prevent homelessness, develop practical life skills and access the right support at the right time.
This role will commence on 1st October 2026 when the new service launches.
This role goes beyond delivering high-quality support. You'll also provide guidance and coaching to colleagues, support quality assurance activities, and act as a source of expertise for complex customer cases.
