As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, youll provide the adaptability our service relies on. What We Offer * Competitive Salary: £55,869 basic salary (inclusive of London Weighting Allowance if applicable), with the opportunity to earn up to £61,000. * Weekly Variety: Work an average of 40 hours per week, with your roster provided seven days in advance and core hours confirmed three days prior. * Thrive Outside of 9-5: Shifts will fall between 06:00 and 02:00, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Where Youll Work Youll be part of the Esher cluster, covering areas like Esher, Kingston upon Thames, Surbiton, Epsom, Ewell, Tolworth, Chessington, Worcester Park, Sutton, Croydon, Mitcham, and Wimbledon. We organize work locally, allowing you to start and finish at home, focusing your day on getting members back on the road in your local area. What Youll Need * A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent) with demonstrable technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. * A customer-focused approach. * A full UK driving licence. * Flexibility to work at relatively short notice and willingness to travel with overnight stays, if necessary.
