We're recruiting for a Porter to joinouron - siteteam, working during the day to help ensure the developmentremains safe,well - presentedand welcoming for residents and visitors.

This is a visible,service - focusedrole where you'll support site security, carry out health and safety checks, assist residents when needed and work closely with the House Manager, cleaning teams and wider operations colleagues to ensure smoothday - to - dayrunning of the site.

Monday to Friday 8.30am to 12.30pm( 4hours perday )
Whatyou'llbe doing
Supportingday - to - day site security and monitoring access asrequired
Assistingwith health and safety compliance checks across the development
Being a visible presence on site andassistingresidents and visitors when needed
Supporting theon - sitecleaning team withadditionaltasks as directed
Working closely with the operations team to ensure accurateinformation sharing
Responding appropriately to incidents or emergencies in line with procedures
Contributing to a positive, professional customer experience across the development
Whatwe'relooking for
Essential
Experience working in a service - ledenvironment
Experience in a role involving site security or building monitoring
Emergency First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable
Experience working in acustomer - facing,on - siterole
Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Clear and confident communication skills
Basic working knowledge of IT systems
