Customer centric service focus is delivered through a site-level empowered culture.At Culina we have a winning culture, we believe that our culture is one of the reasons our company continues to thrive A place where you're valued, challenged, and inspired!Job Description Were looking for experienced MHE Trainer to join our Great Bear team in Worksop, who will play a key role in delivering training to MHE operators to ensure safe working practices and a continual reduction in MHE accident / incidents.We have 2 positions available that are both permanent, full time positions working Monday to Friday on the below shiftsRotating shift pattern between 06:00 14:00 and 14:00 22:00Nights between 22:00 06:00What youll be doingChampion a positive Health & Safety culture on site, keeping safe working practices at the heart of daily operations.Deliver high-quality MHE training, inductions and refresher sessions for permanent and agency colleagues.Train MHE operators on the Fleet Management System and ensure colleagues are confident using the correct processes.Process training in other areas of the warehouse, including but not limited to bays, pick etcMaintain accurate training records and support the development of a site skills matrix to track operator competence.Complete workplace assessments to ensure MHE operators remain safe, capable and compliant.Support risk assessments, Safe Systems of Work and hazard controls to reduce risk across MHE activities.Assist with investigations into MHE-related incidents, identifying learnings and helping prevent repeat occurrences.Work closely with operational management to cover training requirements across shifts and provide accurate KPI and monthly reporting.Qualifications What youll be doing:Champion a positive Health & Safety culture on site, keeping safe working practices at the heart of daily operations.Deliver high-quality MHE training, inductions and refresher sessions for permanent and agency colleagues.Train MHE operators on the Fleet Management System and ensure colleagues are confident using the correct processes.Maintain accurate training records and support the development of a site skills matrix to track operator competence.Complete workplace assessments to ensure MHE operators remain safe, capable and compliant.Support risk assessments, Safe Systems of Work and hazard controls to reduce risk across MHE activities.Assist with investigations into MHE-related incidents, identifying learnings and helping prevent repeat occurrences.Work closely with operational management to cover training requirements across shifts and provide accurate KPI and monthly reporting.Additional Information As part of our drive to make Great Bear a great place to work.
