Title: Site Supervisor Asset Intelligence

Location: London

What you will be doing:

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Supervisor to join the team at Galliford Try within our Asset Intelligence Business.

Ideally you will based in or around the London area or Oxfordshire to travel between our site GTAI offices in Oxford Warwick or Dartford.

• Help create and maintain a Knowingly Safe working environment for everyone on site.
• Manage the day-to-day delivery of site-based construction works.
• Maintaining accurate site record always is an essential requirement of the role.
• Ensuring that the approved method of working and quality of the works is to the required standard.
• Managing our subcontractors supply chain to successfully deliver the project works on programme and within the project budget.
• Ensure temporary and permanent works are delivered in line with approved designs and specifications.
• Support planning and programming activities with the Site Manager and delivery team stakeholders.
• Attend and contribute to site coordination meetings to support smooth delivery of works.
• Ensure RAMS COSHH assessments and Permit to Work systems are in place and followed before work starts.
• Lead site inductions deliver toolbox talks/briefings supervise subcontractors to ensure safe high-quality work and keep accurate site records (including diaries and check sheets).
• Supporting site set up and pre-construction activities in advance of the main contract works.

About You:

• Previous experience working on MEPH Projects
• Confident communicator able to work effectively with site teams subcontractors and clients.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams staying calm and professional under pressure.
• Able to deliver construction works in line with Inspection and Test Plan work quality checks quality standards and project documentation and interpret design drawings.
• IT Literate with experience of using Office 365 and IT knowledge to administrate and manage the Groups BMS for all site documentation and plans.
• Holds relevant qualifications such as SMSTS and CSCS.
