Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 (DOE) + Car / Allowance + Fuel Card + Full Benefits Package
Location: Office-based in Mid-Essex (Billericay area) with site travel across Essex, the M25 Corridor & Home Counties

The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to take total commercial ownership of dynamic building services projects valued between £500k and £2M.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, the successful candidate will oversee the complete financial and contractual lifecycle of works across the South of England. The portfolio is heavily focused on mechanical installations (approx. 75%) alongside complementary electrical packages (approx. 25%), making this an ideal role for a commercially astute candidate with strong dual-discipline exposure.
