Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK At least 2 years experience in social care QCF Level 2 (or above) This is a bank contract, so you must be flexible to work days and weekends as and when required Zero hour contract Your role:

Lead

by example, providing high-quality care and companionship Support

residents with personal care and daily living Encourage independence and wellbeing Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping Work closely with families and healthcare professionals Support

and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management In this role, your care goes beyond tasks; its in how you
