Location: Solihull
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:15pm (1-hour lunch break)
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Solicitor or Residential Property Fee Earner to join its expanding Residential Property Department based in its Solihull office.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:
Remortgage transactions
Equity release matters
Transfer of equity transactions
Matrimonial transfers
Reviewing and checking freehold and leasehold titles
Providing guidance, support, and training to Conveyancing Assistants
About You
As the successful candidate, you will have:
Proven xwwtmva experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and processes
Good understanding of freehold and leasehold transactions
Excellent client care and communication skills
