Bristol – 6 month contract – Pay rate £38.89 PAYE basic (£44.54 p/h including holiday pay) or £52.02 p/h Umbrella + 20% uplift for shifts
We are looking to recruit an experienced Fluid Mechanical Test Engineer for our Filton based Aerospace client. You will join the Test Centre (1VM) and will act as a test lead on an already running fuel test programme. You will join during the early phases of the test campaign and will work alongside the existing test lead to gain an understanding of the test rig architecture and capabilities, the testing strategy and the test procedures. Once the training phase is complete you will take over as test lead. Please note that this test phase is being run on a double day shift basis and the candidate must be willing to work on the shift rota alternating earlies and lates week to week. The shift week consists of 37.5h, working Monday to Friday (06:00-14:15 & 15:45–22:00).
