A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its Residential Property team based in Ludlow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised conveyancing professional to take ownership of a varied residential property caseload, independently managing this at their Ludlow office.
About the Role
The Residential Property Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership matters
Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, SDLT returns and completion statements
Providing clear legal advice and regular updates to clients throughout the conveyancing process
Liaising professionally with Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Solicitors, developers and other third parties
Maintaining accurate case files and time recording using legal case management systems
Keeping up to date with changes in residential property legislation and conveyancing procedures across England and Wales
Delivering outstanding levels of client care while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
Supporting business development initiatives and helping to grow the Residential Property department
About You
The ideal candidate will have experience working within residential conveyancing and be confident managing their own caseload independently.
You will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in Residential Property or Conveyancing
The ability to independently manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
A proactive, client-focused approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience using legal case management systems and digital working practices
