Service Management Infrastructure Engineer IT1

12Month Fixed Term ContractWere looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Cyber Security team and play a key role in strengthening security across our diverse technology estate. This is a hands-on technical position ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems working collaboratively and making a tangible impact on reducing cyber take ownership of vulnerability remediation and patch management activities working closely with Infrastructure Cyber Security and Operational Support teams to improve cyber resilience reduce technical debt and enhance security across the you will be ownership of vulnerability remediation across servers endpoints and infrastructure and execute operating system and application patching activities across the remediation efforts based on risk exploitability and business the reduction of critical and high-risk vulnerabilities while tackling remediation vulnerability management tools including Qualys to identify assess and remediate security and test remediation activities to ensure vulnerabilities are effectively recurring vulnerabilities patching issues and remediation with Infrastructure and operational teams to schedule and deliver remediation accurate remediation records reporting and audit to KPI reporting and the continuous improvement of remediation within established change maintenance and release management operational risks blockers or challenges where supporting vulnerability remediation and/or patch management within enterprise environments.A solid understanding of vulnerability management processes and remediation using security and vulnerability management tools such as of operating system and application patching across complex technology ability to assess and prioritise work based on risk and operational problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical within ecommerce travel hospitality leisure or another fast-paced consumer-facing of personalisation loyalty programmes or CRM-led digital Product Owner certification such as CSPO PSPO or why Parkdean ResortsWell besides the one-of-a-kind team culture stunning locations across the UK and the chance to work with the UKs largest holiday park organisation we can offer:The chance to develop your skills and boost your career across our 65 parks weve got your back when it comes to training!Youre never on your own with our Employee Assistance Programme!
