Job Description
We're looking for a General Foreman to join our construction team based in Brighton or Chatham.

Location: Brighton or Chatham
Hours: 40 hours per week - the person is needed on site for on-site supervision
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
As a General Foreman, you'll play a vital role in managing safety onsite and ensuring all tasks are carried out with the highest level of expertise and skill. Working closely with the Works Manager and Construction Manager, you'll be instrumental in coordinating site operations, supervising teams, and maintaining the exceptional standards Kier is known for. This is an opportunity to lead with confidence, support your team's development, and make a real impact on our construction projects.
