A leading commercial insurance practice is expanding and is keen to recruit a Property Damage Solicitor to join its London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, complex disputes for a prestigious client base while enjoying genuine flexibility and career progression.
The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of property-related insurance disputes, with exposure to:
Product Liability
Policy Coverage disputes
Subrogated Recoveries
Alongside running your own files, you’ll play a key role in supporting junior colleagues and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
What We’re Looking For
Experience handling insurance-related property claims
Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
Confident communicator with the ability to handle complex issues
